[17/05/2024] Brotherhood & Standing for Justice in all Affairs – By Abu Fuḍayl ‘Abdur Raqīb حفظه الله. Khuṭbah at Masjid Salafi, Small Heath, Birmingham, UK.
Some points discussed during this Khuṭbah:
- The believers are brothers one to another
- The believers do not wish harm upon their brothers
- Who from the Muslims is the best?
- Distance yourself from anything that may cause harm to your brother
- Belittling a Muslim and violating their rights
- The blood, wealth and honour of a Muslim are sacred
- Rectifying differences amongst your brothers
- Allāh loves those who love each other for His sake
- The three affairs that the Prophet ﷺ supplicated to Allāh for
- Adhering to the Quran and Sunnah
- The antidote and cure for differing and disputation
- Standing for justice in all affairs
- When two parties fight and dispute one another
- Clinging together to the rope of Allāh, returning back to the Book and Sunnah
